Is it possible to be authentic and censor yourself for other people’s feelings? In this episode, we conclude…no. Stepping into your light and censoring yourself don’t go together.

A private conversation between Erica and India inspired this episode. It’s something nearly every sensitive person struggles with from time to time and something entrepreneurs struggle with almost daily. It’s basically this — offending others with your authenticity.

Consider + ask yourself

  • Do you worry about triggering your ideal clients with your authenticity?

  • Are you afraid of polarizing potential clients?

  • Do you paralyze yourself for fear of taking the next step imperfectly?

In today’s episode we dive into how to be true to ourselves while knowing that we might offend others. It’s about owning what’s ours and letting others own what’s theirs. Join us as we sort out this tricky topic.
