Takeaways
Looking inward…
Remind yourself what your product/brand is all about. You’re not trying to dupe anyone. You have something of value, of service to offer the world.
Remind yourself that you actually care about humans, and the wold needs you! You’re inviting people to a solution.
Remind yourself why you’re the right person to help them.
Looking outward…
Be a human. Welcome, acknowledge people when they start following you. Learn about them. Also, when you follow someone new, find a way to welcome them to you. Make them feel valued. Allow them to get to know you better. Get to know your current followers by noticing and commenting on posts and stories. Let them know you want to get to know them.
Pay attention to what they’re saying.
